Job summary

The Willow School in Gladstone, NJ seeks daily substitute teachers to cover all subjects and grades Preschool–8. We are building a pool of candidates to join a dedicated team and uphold our mission and community.

Qualifications

• Substitute for teachers and teaching assistants.
• Lead and reinforce lessons developed by the head teacher.
• Assist with record-keeping, such as taking attendance.
• Support the campus with recess/lunch/dismissal duties and general classroom management.
• Demonstrate outstanding teamwork and communication with parents, students, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills with parents, students, and colleagues.

Job description

The Willow School, an independent preschool through grade eight school in Gladstone, NJ, seeks educators to serve as daily substitute teachers. We are seeking candidates to substitute all subjects and grades, preschool-Grade 8. The appropriate candidates will join a highly dedicated team of educators. The ideal candidates will not only be talented elementary and middle school teachers but will be a solid fit for The Willow School’s mission and community. This position is available immediately and we are seeking multiple candidates.
