Responsibilities

• Assist the head teacher with recess, lunch, and dismissal duties and enforce classroom rules.
• Develop, organize, and implement lessons under supervision of the head teacher.
• Perform light classroom maintenance and assist with attendance records.
• Reinforce lessons presented by the head teacher by reviewing materials with students.
• Demonstrate outstanding teamwork and collaboration with Willow faculty.
• Demonstrate strong communication with parents, students, and colleagues.
