New Horizon Academy in Overland Park, Kansas, is seeking Substitute Teachers to join our caring team. The role supports multiple locations in the Kansas City area and requires working a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–6:00 pm.

Applicants must meet Kansas state requirements for teacher qualifications and have reliable transportation; prior childcare experience is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition

We are seeking Substitute Teachers to join the New Horizon Academy team in Kansas City, KS!

Our substitute network will support the following locations:

• 3650 W 135th St, Leawood, KS 66224
• 15251 S Black Bob Rd, Olathe, KS 66062
• 11920 Quivira Rd, Overland Park, KS 66213
• 21555 W 112th Terrace, Olathe, KS 66061

All applicantsMUST:

• Meet state requirements for teacher qualification as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
• Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
• Be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
• Enjoy working with children!

~Previous childcare experience preferred.

• Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
