Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Leawood, KS is seeking a childcare teacher to join our team. Positions include Infants, Toddlers, Twos, and Float, with a starting hourly wage of $17.40/hr and opportunities for growth.

Applicants must meet Kansas state requirements and be able to work full-time Mon-Fri, 6:30am-6:00pm. We offer benefits including health insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and scholarships.

We are seeking a CHILDCARE TEACHER to join the New Horizon Academy team in Leawood, KS! We are hiring for the following classrooms:

• Infants
• Toddlers
• Twos
• Float

All applicants MUST:

• Meet state requirements for teacher qualification as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.
• Be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
• Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.

Previous childcare experience preferred.

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
• Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
• Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
