Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Overland Park, KS is hiring Childcare Teachers for infants, twos, and float positions. The role offers a wage range of $17.40/hr to $21.65/hr with a $1,000 hiring bonus eligible for qualified candidates. Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30am–6:00pm, in a supportive team environment.

Applicants must meet Kansas state teacher qualifications and be willing to learn and grow as an educator. Prior childcare experience is preferred and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must meet Kansas state requirements for teacher qualifications as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–6:00pm.
• Experience with caring for infants and toddlers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care and early learning experiences for infants, toddlers, and two-year-olds.
• Create a safe, engaging classroom environment and follow licensing guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to support children's development and learning.

We are seeking Childcare Teachers to join the New Horizon Academy team in Overland Park, KS!

Classrooms we are hiring for:

• Infants

• Float

• Be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
