Job summary

School District of Onalaska is seeking substitute teachers for open positions throughout the school year. Applicants must hold a current Wisconsin DPI teaching or substitute teaching license and be able to obtain licensure if needed.

Pay is $150.00 per full day and $75.00 for a half-day. If you sub 20 consecutive days, each day after is at the base teacher rate ($274.31 per day for 2026-27). This is an on-call position with no nights or weekends, offering flexible hours to fit your schedule.
