Job summary

Bay City ISD in Bay City, Texas, is seeking a Substitute Teacher to support classrooms and cover assignments as needed. This role reports to the Principal and provides instructional support per campus needs.

The Substitute performs duties in alignment with district policies, uses available resources, and maintains classroom order to support student learning. Immediate starting date with standard substitute hours and responsibilities will apply.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform the duties of the job position

Standing for long periods of time, frequent stooping, bending, pulling, and pushing. Move small textbooks, media equipment, desks, and other classroom equipment. May require lifting up to 30 lbs.
