We're hiring SUBSTITUTE Swim Instructors!

Do you love being in the water? It's OK if you're not a fantastic swimmer. But you do need to be AWESOME at passing on knowledge to kids. We're looking for energetic people who are open to learning and can make learning fun. If you have a strong passion for working with children, then we're the place for you.

If you are seeking a flexible work schedule, this position is ideal. You can choose when you'd like to work, primarily during weekday afternoons and weekends.

Our instructors are rewarded based on their performance; the more students you have, the more you earn. Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.55. Compensation increases with the number of students, and a monthly lesson bonus is available for higher renewal percentages.

Job Description: A Swim Instructor at Waterworks Aquatics teaches Private and Semi-Private lessons to children and adults, focusing on rapid progression while ensuring enjoyable lessons.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety of students, coworkers, and yourself
• Deliver high-quality swim lessons
• Record student attendance daily
• Communicate with management about concerns or feedback
• Complete weekly training assignments

General Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Genuine passion for working with children
• Reliable and committed
• Ability to tread water and lift up to 50 lbs
• First Aid, CPR, AED Certification (Infant, Child, Adult)
• Teachable, respectful, outgoing, motivated
• Open to feedback and adaptable
