We're seeking energetic individuals who are eager to learn and can make learning fun. If you have a strong passion for working with children, this is the place for you.

If you want a flexible work schedule, this job is perfect. You can choose when to work, with availability on weekdays afternoons and weekends.

Our instructors are rewarded based on their performance. The more students you have, the more you earn.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.55

Your pay increases with the number of students on your schedule. We also have a monthly lesson bonus program for those with higher renewal rates.

Job Description:
As a Waterworks Aquatics Swim Instructor, you will teach private and semi-private lessons to children and adults. Your goal is to progress students quickly while ensuring they have fun and enjoy their lessons.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of students, coworkers, and yourself
• Deliver high-quality swim lessons
• Accurately record student attendance daily
• Communicate feedback and concerns to management
• Complete weekly training assignments

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Genuine passion for working with children
• Reliable and committed
• Ability to tread water and lift up to 50 lbs
• First Aid, CPR, AED certifications (Infant, Child, Adult)
• Teachable, respectful, outgoing, motivated
• Open to feedback and adaptable
• Good communication skills with customers and students
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Engaged and attentive during lessons
