Responsibilities

Assists in maintaining an attractive, sanitary and safe facility for students, staff, and the public; ensures assigned tasks are completed safely, properly, and promptly.

Clears assigned facilities such as classrooms, hallways, and entrances to maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive school environment.

Replenishes classroom and restroom supplies such as soap and paper towels to maintain adequate quantities for daily use.

Supports custodial staff to complete school custodial activities.

Working Conditions

Works in the school under the direct supervision of the Head Custodian. Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, stooping, and kneeling are required. Will operate job‑related equipment.

Contract

2 hours a day when the Sweeper is not available. Support Professional Student Rate Level A.
