Job Description

Location: Warrick County School Corporation Maintenance Building - Boonville, Indiana. Open in Google Maps.

• The Bus Aide will work at multiple locations as needed.
• The bus aide will ensure the safety and well‑being of a special education student being transported to and from Warrick Education Center by monitoring the student for seizures.
• If the student has a seizure, the Bus Aide will follow the health plan and administer medicine; the Bus Aide will be trained on how to administer the medicine.
• In the event of an accident or emergency, assure the safe evacuation of children and adult passengers.
• Assist in maintaining the interior of the vehicle in a clean and safe operating condition.
• Assure that no child is ever left unsupervised on a bus.
• Perform other duties, as may be assigned.
