Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school plus ability to pass paraprofessional assessment test.
• One year experience working with children with special education needs in an organized setting.
• AA Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of special education students.
• Assist in preparation of instructional materials and implementation of IEPs.
• Provide routine clerical support in the classroom.
