Job summary

Qualifications

• Any combination equivalent to graduation as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse and one year comprehensive nursing experience.
• Valid Kentucky driver’s license.
• Must meet the requirements for a criminal record check as specified by Kentucky state law.
• Must meet health requirements as specified in district personnel policy.
