• Maintain a positive learning environment and respond to the individual health needs of students.
• Ensure district policies are observed during all activities.
• Create a safe health-supportive environment.
• Be familiar with safety procedures (fire exits, drills, severe weather) and follow daily lesson plans and attendance notes.
• Maintain confidentiality as defined by FERPA.
• Demonstrate adaptability and good judgment while on assignment.
• Report for duty 30 minutes early and stay for the entire assignment, including planning time.
