Job summary
Mason City School District is seeking a Substitute School Nurse for the 2026-27 school year. The role requires an Ohio Registered Nurse license and/or active Licensed School Nurse certificate, and the ability to obtain FBI and BCI background checks.
The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday across five district clinics, collaborating with a cohesive team and committing to high personal and professional standards while engaging in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License and/or hold an active Licensed School Nurse certificate issued by the State of Ohio.
- Ability to pass an FBI and BCI background check.
- Willingness and ability to work collaboratively as a member of a cohesive team in a school clinic environment.
- Ability to work in a school clinic environment.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Available to work Monday - Friday in any one of our five clinics throughout the district.
