Acelero Learning is seeking a Substitute Preschool Teacher to join our Wisconsin program. You will support teachers in the classroom, help foster social and emotional development, and engage families in Head Start activities. The role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming environment for children while adhering to program policies.

Position starts Fall 2026 at Acelero Learning Wisconsin - Teutonia Center. Compensation is $15.96/hr with comprehensive benefits, reflecting the program’s commitment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Substitute Certification preferred or Assoc. Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
• Willing to complete Introduction to Childcare Profession Certification or Have it Already Completed

Responsabilités

• Support the social and emotional development of children using “positive guidance” approaches to dealing with challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure the successful operation of the classroom.
• Engage families of the children in Head Start program and build relationships with children and families.
• Follow all center policies related to health, safety, and nutrition.
