Imperial Valley College is seeking a Substitute/Short-Term Program Specialist to support student services within the Counseling division. The role focuses on recruiting eligible students for college programs, coordinating program activities, and providing information about enrollment, financial aid, and support services.
The position is a substitute pool with continuous closing. The role requires an Associate's degree in a related field and at least two years of student services experience.

BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, identify, inform and recruit students eligible for college programs and services: assist in the coordination of an assigned program.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: The following duties are typical for this classification
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: Associates degree in field related to assigned program and two years of experience in a student services area.
