Qualifications

• Must hold an Illinois Educator License with Stipulation Paraprofessional Endorsement.
• Complete required district and state credentialing including background check/fingerprinting.
• Previous classroom experience preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions; communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual help and assistance to students and staff as requested.
• Create and support a learning environment conducive to learning.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of students under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
• Supervise meals, outdoor recess, and bus as assigned.
• Report student conduct issues promptly with written documentation.
