Job Summary

Duties include taking care of students' routine office visits for illness and injury, daily medication passes, breathing assessment and administration of inhalers, diabetic care for hypo/hyperglycemia as well as insulin administration, etc. These are examples and should not be construed as an exhaustive list of care requirements.

Working Conditions

Nurses are assigned seven and a half hours and substitute nurses should plan to arrive prior to the start of the school day to review the sub binder for daily requirementsrelated to student care.
