Job summary

San Juan Unified is seeking a Substitute M/O Work Order Technician for the Maintenance and Operations department. This on-call, part-time role supports building maintenance, work-order processing, and monitoring life/safety systems on site at the M&O facility.

Shifts include 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Candidate must be flexible, able to respond on short notice, and hold a California Class C Driver License (or obtain within 30 days).

Required Materials to be Submitted with Application

• Provide proof of any combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position, preferably with experience in work order processing, scheduling in building/construction trades, and/or monitoring fire and life safety systems.

Possession of, or willingness and ability to obtain, a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire or before driving any equipment/vehicle requiring this license; maintain appropriate automobile insurance at all times when operating a personal vehicle on district business.
