Responsibilities

• Fill in for regular instructors as needed, following lesson plans and curriculums
• Instruct group classes in multiple styles, teaching technique and cultivating a love of dance
• Demonstrate a solid foundation in various dance styles
• Showcase a strong background in dance through education, teaching, and performing experience
• Demonstrate a genuine love for teaching and experience working with young dancers
• Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check

Are you a passionate dance instructor who loves working with children? Ensemble Schools is looking for experienced dance instructors to substitute dance classes at Pointe of Grace. Our growing studio in Katy, TX, focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because Pointe of Grace is about More Than Just Great Dancing!
We are looking for teachers that can lead classes in the following styles for all ages - Ballet, Tap, Acro, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, Contemporary, and Jazz.

Our ideal candidate has open evening availability and is able to jump in as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Fill in for our regular instructors as needed, following our lesson plans and curriculums

• Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and vibrant personality for engaging young dancers.
• Professional dance experience, a degree in dance, several years of teaching experience, or current college seniors majoring in dance.
