Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: One year performing duties related to the care and cleaning of buildings.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, strip, wax, and seal floors.
• Vacuum and spot clean rugs and carpets.
• Dust, wash, and polish furniture and woodwork; polish metal.
• Empty and clean waste receptacles; clean restrooms, locker rooms and showers.
• Washes windows and walls; clean chalkboards and window coverings.
• Move and arrange furniture for events; replace light bulbs and lighting tubes.
• Support recycling programs and assist in receiving supplies.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks to keep areas safe and operational.
