Substitute Custodian - District Wide

• Experience in the performance of routine custodial tasks.
• Experience in the performance of routine building and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of and experience in building safety management.
• Experience in supplies requisitioning and inventory procedures.
• Knowledge and/or experience with plumbing, electrical, roofing, floors and carpentry.
• Ability to learn to operate and maintain complex water, sewer, heating and cooling systems.
• Ability to work in a cooperative, positive manner with students, staff, parents and community.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Technology skills preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Including, but not limited to, constant moving about, including bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, climbing, balancing, twisting and kneeling. Employee must be able to lift up to 100 pounds frequently.

COMPENSATION: This is a substitute on-call position. Salary range $17.88 per hour.
