Qualifications

• Experience in routine custodial tasks and maintenance.

• Ability to learn operating complex water, sewer, heating and cooling systems.
• Strong organizational skills and cooperative work style.
• Technology skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial tasks and district-wide maintenance.
• Assist with supplies requisitioning and inventory control.
• Learn and operate building systems including water, sewer, heating and cooling.
