Job Summary: A Cleaner performs general cleaning to provide pleasant surrounds for staff and students.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Creates and limits access to assigned area.
2. Cleans, sets up, tears down assigned area.
3. Floors - vacuums, sweeps, mops, and scrubs.
4. Bathrooms - cleans as assigned.
5. Cleans entire space as assigned.
6. Empty garbage and recycling.
7. Assists parents and other visitors to school buildings with special events and programs.
8. Maintains safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information: ROCORI Public Schools is hiring a substitute cleaner or custodian. The schedule is flexible and can include days, evenings and weekend opportunities. The hourly rate for a substitute is $17.25.
