Job summary

Spring Lake Park Schools is seeking a Substitute Child Care Aide to support daily operations in our OST program. You will assist in setting up the child care location, support activities, and help ensure a safe, engaging environment for students.

No prior experience required; First Aid certification expected within three months of hire, with eligibility for Minnesota DCYF Aide licensing.

Qualifications

• Education that is required is High School Diploma or GED.
• First Aid certification is required within three months of hire.
• Must meet eligibility for an 'Aide' under Minnesota DCYF licensing requirements for child care centers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the set up of the child care location and environment for daily program events and activities.
• Implement and monitor activities to assure safety and adherence to program rules and guidelines.
