Greet guests as they arrive at and depart from the property; assist with luggage, transport guest luggage to/from rooms, and escort guests while informing them of hotel services and features. Responsible for attending to guest needs during their stay, including concierge services, with thorough knowledge of hotel amenities.

- Assist and greet guests at the lobby and outside hotel entrance, keeping the area neat and clean.
- Transport luggage from arrival, between rooms, and at departure.
- Assist in locating lost luggage.
- Tag, store, and retrieve luggage properly.
- Deliver and retrieve packages and boxes as needed.
- Use HotSOS handheld for communication and ticket management.
- Explain hotel facilities and safety features to guests.
- Demonstrate room key use and place luggage inside rooms.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel functions and local attractions.
- Assist with concierge services, including directions and local information.
- Handle guest calls, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Deliver laundry, messages, and other guest items.
- Maintain lobby and luggage area appearance.
- Assist with vehicle loading/unloading and other guest services.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
- Adhere to Hyatt and Forbes 5-star standards.
- Retrieve ice upon request.
