We’re Looking for a Montessori Coach

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct virtual one-on-one consultations to introduce Montessori basics and home-prepared environments
  • Guide parents through setting up child-centered spaces, selecting developmentally appropriate materials, and observing engagement
  • Develop customized activity plans that foster independence, concentration, and practical life skills for children aged 6 months–6 years
  • Educate caregivers on Montessori philosophy, learning cycles, and how to follow the child’s interests
  • Troubleshoot common challenges: transitions, over- or under-stimulation, and balancing freedom with boundaries
  • Host live & on-demand webinars on topics like “Creating a Montessori Nursery” and “Fostering Independence Through Practical Life”
  • Provide ongoing support, adjusting recommendations based on parent feedback and child progress
  • Document session notes, activity milestones, and next-step guidance in your MissPoppins coach portal
You’re a Great Fit If You
  • Hold Montessori credentialing (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) or extensive Montessori teaching/coaching experience
  • Have hands-on experience guiding families through Montessori home implementations
  • Are patient, observant, and skilled at empowering caregivers to follow the child’s lead
  • Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor
