Provide a nurturing and engaging environment for students, focusing on their cognitive, social, and emotional development
Implement lesson plans and activities tailored to the needs of students, while ensuring alignment with our educational program
Assist teachers with classroom management, record-keeping, and communication with parents and caregivers
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
1+ years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
