Job summary

Kidz Paradise LLC in Reading, PA is seeking a passionate assistant teacher to join our early childhood education team. The role focuses on nurturing social, emotional, and cognitive development for children from infancy to age 6 in a hands-on, in-person setting.

You will develop age-appropriate lesson plans, provide individualized support including for children with special needs, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience working with children in a toddler or childcare setting is essential.
• Knowledge of special education practices for children with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for educating young children.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not mandatory.
