Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator in Washington to deliver after-school enrichment programs. You will support schools, engage children in the curriculum, and collaborate with staff to enhance instructional quality.

Requires 2 years of direct experience with children, 1 year supervisory experience, and state-required certifications. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with Monday–Friday availability for after-school shifts.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
• Strong classroom management and positive discipline.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to engage children with a fun, interactive approach.
• Ability to meet state requirements (FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, TB, MMR, Food Handlers).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our curriculum.
• Develop and coach a team passionate about safety and learning.
• Collaborate with principals and school staff to enhance instruction.
• Participate in local community events and uphold the program footprint.
• Maintain safety standards and complete program paperwork.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

12 credits from 100 level college coursework
