Qualifications

Team Lead at Venda Search - Helping Consultantants, EPC Firms & IOU/Developers Build High-Performing T&D and Substation Teams Across the United States

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be involved in hands‑on design for HV Substations for various IOU's across the United States. Alongside design, you will be expected to have a high involvement in training, mentorship and QC duties. You will also be exposed to some greenfield work on collector stations for a couple of high profile developers.

Base Pay Range

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers, designers and drafters.
• Work on both P&C and physical substation design up to 500kV.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and designers within the team.
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams within the business.
• Comfortable being the point of contact for technical client discussions.
• Involvement with QC process of HV Substation design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline (ideally Electrical).
• 5 years or more of relevant experience.
• Experience using softwares including AutoCAD, Bluebeam and MicroStation.
• PE license is preferred.
