You will work closely with leadership to align with HDR’s values, mentor staff, and drive strategic growth while maintaining a strong safety culture and client focus in power delivery projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience in power delivery or substation projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the operational and technical performance of a high-performing production team.
• Oversee project delivery, staffing, quality, utilization, forecasting, and growth.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and national leadership to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Drive recruitment and talent development within the section.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Provide technical leadership and client management as needed.
