Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent and relevant industry experience.
• Experience in utility operations, maintenance planning, generation outage coordination, or related planning fields.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, work management, and resource planning.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans and project schedules for substation maintenance and construction activities.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and contractor resources to support planned work.
• Ensure all work packages are complete, accurate, and ready for execution.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, construction, and field personnel to identify work scope and planning requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, procedures, and work instructions to support project execution.
• Track project and maintenance activities, providing updates on schedule, resource needs, and potential risks.
• Support outage planning and coordination activities as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, work efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Attend weekly team meetings at the Plainfield headquarters location.
