Job summary

Southern Electric Corporation, a Quanta Services, Inc. company, is hiring a Project Manager to oversee high-voltage transmission and distribution projects. You will direct multiple crews, ensure safety and quality, and manage costs and schedules from pre-construction through closeout.

The role requires at least 3 years of powerline construction experience, knowledge of OSHA codes, and strong leadership and organizational skills. Some travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Experience in project management within powerline construction or utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate high-voltage transmission and distribution projects.
• Oversee multiple crews to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain cost, progress, and schedule throughout the project duration.
• Assist with monthly forecasts and pursue safety program compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
