Job summary

4Liberty is seeking a Project Manager to lead gas and electric utility projects focused on high-voltage substations and distribution lines. You will drive scope, cost, and schedule while coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet safety, quality, and budget goals.

The role requires strong experience in regulated utility environments, PMI/Agile practices, and effective communication. Hybrid work exists with on-site presence in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience for PM I.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience for PM II.
• Industry experience in utilities, energy, DOE, DOD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee scope, cost, schedule, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
• Identify and manage risks; implement quality measures.
• Lead multiple workstreams and coordinate stakeholders.
