• Qualifies and quantifies project issues and risks and develops response plans to resolve.
• Understands current and future business goals and ongoing concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Location San Diego, California. Candidate must currently reside in the San Diego County region or must be willing to relocate within sixty (60) days of hire.

General Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of gas and electric utility projects. Projects are in and around in high-voltage substations and overhead distribution lines. The incumbent in this role will efficiently meet project safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals, while managing internal and external stakeholders across multiple business units. This position will work with multiple departments and processes to support work execution, problem solving, planning, and process improvement. The Project Manager will proactively lead and facilitate teams through issues and is responsible for the efficient execution of work items and conditions of the areas in which they are assigned.

Supervision Level

• Reports to Manager, Transmission and Distribution Program Delivery.
