You will develop execution plans, coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, monitor KPIs, and report to leadership while maintaining thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required by business unit; range of acceptable degrees listed.
• Two-year associate degree with two years of qualified experience.
• HS Diploma/GED with four years qualified experience.
• Experience in outage management activities, business/financial administration, major construction field experience, project estimating, project controls, project engineering, and/or comparable internal or external experience in a competitive production environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple substation capital projects from concept through energization and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate activities between engineering, supply chain, construction, operations, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Track milestones, critical path activities, and overall progress for successful delivery.
• Identify risks, constraints and issues; develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Manage procurement activities and monitor status of long-lead equipment.
• Ensure material readiness aligns with schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate contractor activities and monitor performance for quality and schedule.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs including safety, schedule adherence, cost performance, forecast accuracy, material availability, engineering progress, and construction productivity.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and executive updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting minutes, action logs, schedules, risk registers, financial reports, and change management records.
• Support outage planning, commissioning activities, and project turnover to operations.
• Conduct site visits and provide field support to achieve objectives safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and project governance standards.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field

Two-year associate degree in the same required disciplines with two years of qualified experience
