Job summary

InfraRec. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Substation division across the Texas market. The role requires owning projects from pursuit through execution, combining strong operational leadership with commercial acumen.

You will develop client relationships, oversee estimating, manage project delivery, and run your own book of business with full P&L responsibility. This senior leadership position requires 10+ years in EPC Substation construction, a solid estimating background, and a

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EPC Substation construction.
• Strong estimating background with ability to develop and review competitive bids.
• Strong understanding of project controls, cost forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and commercial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC Substation projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Oversee project estimating, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with utility, cooperative, and private clients.
• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
• Take ownership of an individual operational P&L, driving profitability and project performance.
