Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PE is required for Associate.
• Associate/Level I requires a degree; Staff/Level II requires degree plus 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop equipment specifications, perform factory inspection and FAT.
• Develop power equipment test plans and review results for commissioning and maintenance.
• Provide on-site and remote support during routine maintenance and repairs; lead root cause analyses.
• Interpret test results and recommend corrective actions to ensure safe operation.
• Develop technical procedures and guidelines for Substation Operations and contractors.
• Represent company in industry standards, regulatory, and manufacturer groups.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to identify issues and craft solutions.
• Support installation and development of substation monitoring equipment.
