Qualifications

• Experience in utility operations, maintenance planning, outages, or related planning fields.
• Knowledge of scheduling, work management, and resource planning principles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans and project schedules for substation maintenance and construction.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and contractor resources.
• Ensure work packages are complete and ready for execution.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and field personnel to define scope.
• Review drawings, specs, procedures, and work instructions.
• Track project and maintenance activities and report risks.
• Support outage planning and coordination activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Attend weekly team meetings at the Plainfield HQ.
