Qualifications

• Ability to mentor and develop engineers and designers.
• Experience with proposals, estimates, and bid support.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience with client relationships for utilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across substation physical engineering scopes.
• Mentor and develop engineers and designers with hands-on guidance.
• Support QA/QC on physical engineering deliverables.
• Help with resource planning and workload allocation across the team.
• Contribute to proposals, job estimates, and bid support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with cooperative and municipal utilities.
