• Improve project execution and work processes with project managers.
• Supervise staff and ensure task completion.
• Perform technical oversight and coordinate project documents.
• Develop and train engineers, designers, and drafters.
• Conduct meetings to communicate objectives.
• Approve timesheets and authorize overtime and vacation.
