• Leads an engineering team providing support for substation projects.
• Forecasts work and schedules, aligns with resource plans.
• Promotes accountability, coaching, and development.
• Implements process improvements for quality and productivity.
• Maintains forecasted resource requirements and workload planning.
• Coordinates with Project Management and other departments.
• Supports asset management initiatives and Change Orders.
