Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include journeyman experience in substations and strong knowledge of HV electrical and civil standards.
• Will be trained to lead safety, quality and productivity for the crew and to follow project specs and plans.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements and incident reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all safety-related processes and programs.

• Review crew timecards for correct hours and activity designation.
