Tri-State Drilling seeks a Substation Foreman to lead onsite crews performing substation construction, drilled pier foundations, concrete flatwork, and related civil tasks. You will coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality work in line with project specs and schedules.

This role requires strong field leadership, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions while maintaining production goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical utility, substation, transmission, industrial, or related construction experience.
• Previous experience leading construction crews.
• Experience working around energized facilities and utility customers.
• Ability to travel as required.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.

Responsabilités

• Lead field crews performing substation construction activities.
• Set daily expectations and supervise crew performance and safety.
• Provide hands-on leadership, training, and accountability.
• Plan daily/weekly work and coordinate resources.
• Maintain quality per drawings and specs.
• Communicate progress with management and customers.
• Ensure equipment and material readiness.
