Job summary

Tri-State Drilling is seeking a Substation Foreman to lead onsite crews in substation construction projects across the USA. The role focuses on directing daily field operations, coordinating labor, equipment, and subcontractors while ensuring work aligns with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

The Substation Foreman prioritizes safety, production goals, and strong communication between field teams and management to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to client

Qualifications

5+ years of electrical utility, substation, transmission, industrial, or related construction experience.
Previous experience leading construction crews.
Experience working around energized facilities and utility customers.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct field crews on substation construction.
Plan daily/weekly work to meet goals and schedules.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for the work.
Maintain safety culture and enforce safety programs.
Communicate with Superintendents, Project Managers, customers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
