Ampirical is seeking a Relay Project Engineer to support substation EPC projects (MV through EHV) at our Duluth, GA office. You will act as the primary interface between field construction and design engineering, ensuring adherence to Ampirical’s standards.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license (or equivalent experience), have strong electrical engineering credentials, and can manage complex EPC projects with a proactive, client-focused mindset. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• PE license required or clearly demonstrated eligibility.
• Engineering degree from ABET-accredited program.
• Proven experience in utility design and EPC projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve as main liaison for EPC design, procurement, and construction on substation projects (MV–EHV).
• Review engineering packages, estimates, and subcontractor inputs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Travel to meet clients and conduct professional meetings (approx. 10%).
