ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Substation Engineering Manager in Florida to lead a team of engineers and designers. You will recruit, mentor, and manage talent while driving high-quality, on-time delivery for substation projects across multiple offices in the region.

You will build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and oversee budget and resource planning. Travel up to 20–25% is expected as you support strategic growth and market engagement in the power

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Electric Utility experience in the substation function required.
3+ years of HV (69 KV+) substation design and analysis experience, with leadership exposure.
PE preferred.
Knowledge of NESC/NEC design requirements and electrical codes.

Mansioni

Lead recruitment, mentoring, and development of local and remote technical staff.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Direct project execution and quality checks on substation design and proposals.
Develop budgets, resources plans, and regular performance reports.
Support strategic growth through proposals, marketing, and client engagement.
Engage with market trends and industry committees to raise ENERCON's presence.
