Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Engineers, Designers, and Drafters on substation design projects.
• Oversee resource planning, performance management, and staff development.
• Contribute to proposals, schedules, and budgets; support technical execution across project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Support business planning, recruiting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
